The Rev. Jacki BelileOn this Saturday, February 12th, we invite you to join our trustees for a “Labors of Love” morning. We’ll gather from 9am-11am to spend some time blessing our building (and one another) as we focus on a mix of light cleaning, moving, fixing things.  We’ll be joined by some Cub Scouts and maybe other friends for this time of shared work. We’d be grateful for your presence for some portion of the morning, even if you can only help for a part of it.

A bit of history–

“Labors of Love” is the coin we phrased back in 2015, as our trustees renewed a commitment to share about our recent building improvements and communicate about upcoming needs. We even made a little movie called “Blessing our Building” available on request.  Our first Labors of Love event was on Valentine’s Day weekend after church.  We’ve done it sporadically over the years and are renewing maybe a bi-monthly event for the time being.

We could REALLY USE your presence in person.  Please do join in this teamwork opportunity, even if you can only help a portion of the morning.

Can’t make it physically in the morning? Wanna help with a fundraising mailing from home? Want other assignments and errands?  There’s abundance around here, including abundance in ways to help!  It’s our way of telling the story… what we have to give, even in tiny increments, is ENOUGH. And, when we give it to Christ and one another, it is multiplied.

In Christ’s Peace,
Pastor Jacki
