Last week we eavesdropped on Jesus and Peter, and discovered the message Jesus intends for all of us (not just Peter).   The way to grow in grace is to receive Jesus’ forgiveness, and trust His presence to set us on the right path to love and serve others.  Growing in grace means growing in our ability to say NO to the world’s shame or attempted discouragement after we fall short of their expectations (or ours).  Growing in grace means growing in our ability to stay present to TODAY and to get beyond our ego self to serve others.  Not out of duty, but because of our deliverance

This week, we’ll ponder Jesus’ motherly love and the longings of our hearts in the light of that good news.
