An Eden Collage of Mission

The season of Lent is a time of particular self-examination through the practices of fasting, prayer and giving.  Each year we invite our members to consider whether some form of  one or more of these might draw us closer to Christ’s heart and a deeper trust in the path we walk with him.  I hope what we offer through the Sunday series and other resources will help spark support and practical ideas for such choices for each of you.

In follow up to the January 6th Mission Huddle, we will be creating a resource for Lent which provides both an opportunity to pray AND to get to know each other a bit better.  This Lent Prayer Calendar will go from Ash Wednesday to Easter, with each day holding 1 or more prayer focus about the missions we each care about.   

We ask you to share 1-3 organizations you support with your prayer, time or money.  Please share from your heart about this and why and how you support… it will enrich our learning together!  The final product will have a brief synopsis, for example:
