My heart is full as I ponder the teamwork and presence of four leadership meetings this past week. The Worship Committee, Grant Oversight Team, Trustees and Council all met by zoom.  Watch for updates on these, as we work together to keep moving our Eden “BOAT” through uncharted waters with steadiness, flexibility and faith. 

We’re being very careful to reduce expenses wherever possible, to leverage this time to invest designated funds in projects safe to complete, and to stay connected through technology.  In addition, we’re doing the legwork needed to apply for the “forgivable loan” available to churches through the government’s stimulus package.

We’ll remain in compliance with state orders about gatherings larger than 10, and rejoice on that first Sunday we safely gather!  We’ll be outlining all of our safety considerations in advance to ensure your peace of mind.  Watch for details later this month for available appointments for pastoral care, communion and prayer on-site.
